Radical Mental Health Poster + Brochure
This campaign addresses the topic of mental health and the ubiquity of therapy as a catch-all treatment for any ailment. Intended to catch the eye of passersby and evoke curiosity, the poster side utilizes a bold, controversial statement. The reverse, which can be folded into a brochure, details an introduction to the concept of “radical mental health.”
The poster is printed using a risograph which provides the deeply saturated colors and slightly uneven printing quality, which attracts the eye when displayed. I chose red and blue for their high visual contrast. They also evoke socio-emotional connections, representing anger and calmness, respectively.
